We currently deliver to the UK, Ireland and Europe.

To find out if we deliver plus size clothes to your country simply check this list. If your country isn’t listed unfortunately we cannot deliver there at the moment.


Standard Delivery-£3.75 (2-3 working days)

  • Deliveries for women's plus size clothing will be made within 3 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends).
  • Your order will be despatched via the Royal Mail but where necessary we may use a different carrier from time to time.
  • A calling card will be left if you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel, simply follow the information to rearrange delivery.
  • We cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday but you can expect your delivery on the next working day.

Next Day Delivery-£5.75 (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays)

  • If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday you will receive your goods the next day.
  • Please note: plus size clothing orders placed on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery - to guarantee Saturday delivery please order by 3pm Thursday.
  • Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
  • A signature may be required by the carrier.
  • Unfortunately next day delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, and ZE1-3.
  • A calling card will be left if you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel; the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Delivery to Ireland or Europe-£6.75 (3-5 working days)

  • Please note that this is a flat rate regardless of weight, the delivery time depends upon the service offered

Faulty Item

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. If you have received a faulty item please contact us at Customer Care with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.


Missing Item

Occasionally we don’t send all your order at the same time, first check your delivery note to see if any items are listed to be sent separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't then please contact us at Customer Care with your order number and product details of the item you wanted. If for any reason we cannot send your missing item we will issue a refund.


Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at Customer Care with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.
