We guarantee to refund any item of plus size clothing for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All garments must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund or an exchange for the amount paid less the original delivery charge.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery; please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of original receipt. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

The right to return plus size clothes to us will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product has been worn and the original tags are not in place (please take care when trying on your item that you are not wearing perfume or makeup). We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.
