Returns Policy

 

We guarantee to refund any purchased item of clothing for any reason within 14 days of receipt, or 28 days for an exchange. All garments must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a full refund for the item. All delivery charges are non-refundable.  However, if an item is found to be faulty, please contact Customer Care to issue you with a pre-paid returns label.

The right to return your purchase to us will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product has been worn and the original tags are not in place (please take care when trying on your item that you are not wearing perfume or makeup). We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

*Note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.

Please ensure to complete the return slip on your invoice and include it along with your purchase inside the parcel. The provisions of our Returns & Exchanges Policy do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Item

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. If you have received a faulty item please contact us at Customer Care quoting your order number, name, address, product details, reason for the return and indicate if you require a refund, exchange or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed. Occasionally we find garments to be damaged when we are processing items to be despatched. In these cases, if we have no others in stock, you will be contacted and a full refund issued.

Missing Item

Occasionally we may not send all of your order at the same time, so first check your delivery note to see if any items are listed to be sent separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't then please contact us at Customer Care with your order number and state what is missing from the parcel. If for any reason we cannot send your missing item we will issue a refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at Customer Care with your order number, name & address details and state which item is missing, or which incorrect product you have received.  If you can quote the product codes of the items you have received, this will greatly assist us to resolve the issue.  You will receive an email from us advising how to proceed.

Sale Items

Occasionally, our collections may be placed in a sale and all items sold are subject to availability. Please note that due to the time delay between an order being placed and an order being processed, some items may become unavailable and the customer service team will endeavour to make you aware of this as soon as possible and process a refund for you. Please note we will be offering a 14-day return policy on all sale items. This comes in operation from the day the order is delivered to you. Any items returned to us after the return’s deadline will be returned to you and will be deemed as non-refundable. All returns must be sent within their original packaging with all swing tags attached to the garment. Please ensure you take extra care when trying on products to avoid marking the item and avoid the use of perfumes prior to trying the garment on. All delivery charges are non-refundable. However, if an item is found to be faulty, please contact Customer Care to issue you with a pre-paid returns label.

Fair Returns Policy

We trust that when our customers are returning their items, that they are returning them in a re-sellable condition, with all tags attached and have not been worn for longer than necessary.If we do suspect that any items returned to us have been worn for extended periods of time, or items have been returned to us in a condition in which they cannot be re-sold, we reserve the right to deactivate any accounts you may hold, and any other accounts linked to your delivery address.

In the event of not holding an account, where necessary, the delivery address may be blacklisted from placing future orders on our website.

We also reserve the right to deactivate any accounts if we suspect the following:

• The item returned is not an item from your order.

• You are ordering items frequently but are also returning frequently.

If you feel like your account has been deactivated unfairly, or if you have any concerns when processing your returns, please feel free to contact our customer care team who will be happy to assist you further.

All UK orders come with a pre-paid Royal Mail tracked returns option.

Returns Policy

Here at Lovedrobe, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.  We truly appreciate your support and want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order. However, we understand that shopping online is difficult and this is why we offer a no-hassle 28-day return policy, with free UK returns as standard.

All of our garments are checked before being dispatched but should an issue arise, please reach out to us here and a member of our customer care team will be happy to assist.

All garments must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a full refund for the item. 

We do ask that all items are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent, so please be mindful of make up, fake tan and perfume when trying on your garment as if they are returned to us in an unsellable condition we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.

FAIR RETURNS POLICY

At times we have observed dresses being purchased and returned after being used for commercial purposes and events. In such instances we reserve the right to deactvate any accounts linked to these practices. Rest assured, our intention is never to inconvenience anyone as we strive for a fair and enjoyable shopping experience for all. If you feel your account has been impacted unfairly or have questions about this policy, please reach out to our customer support team.

 

Please be advised that any act aimed at defrauding Lovedrobe, including but not limited to falsely denying receipt of an item in your possession or in any other form shall lead to the automatic voidance of your returns policy.
